PLLC Renewal Process

PLLC licenses can be renewed using the online renewal form. Please login to access the online renewal form.

• Online renewal fee is $ 200.00
• Processing fee is 2.25% of total fee

This form must be submitted with the required fee by June 30th. Remember your annual report must be filed with the WV Secretary of State prior to renewing online. Click here to file your annual report.
