Board Staff
Jonathan Osborne, Esq., is the Executive Director for the Board of Osteopathic Medicine. Mr. Osborne is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law and received his Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude in May 2011. Prior to serving as the Executive Director, he served as the Board's legal counsel. Mr. Osborne also serves as the Commissioner for the Board on the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Commission.

Chase Holcomb, Esq., serves as legal counsel for the Board. Mr. Holcomb graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the nation's oldest academic honor society. Mr. Holcomb obtained his Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School in 2013. Prior to joining the Board's staff, Mr. Holcomb served as law clerk to the Honorable Phillip M. Stowers in the Twenty-Ninth Circuit of West Virginia.

Cammie McClure joined the staff of the WV Board of Osteopathic Medicine in June 2013. She served as the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director until April 2019 when she became the Licensure Analyst for the Board. Cammie has over twenty years of healthcare experience in both clinical and educational settings.
