Osteopathic Physician Assistants Renewal

Physician assistant licenses can be renewed using the online renewal form. Physician assistant renewals begin February 1st. Please login to access the online renewal form.

Online renewal fee is $100.00
If Filing a new Practice Notification the total renewal fee will be $200.00
Processing fee is 2.25% of total fee
