Corporation Application Requirements

You may access the online application for Corporations by using the Continue button at the bottom of the page. With the application, you will also need to:

• mail or upload a copy of the Articles of Incorporation
• submit a $500.00 application fee
• submit a processing fee that is 2.25% of the total fee
