Board Overview

The West Virginia Board of Osteopathic Medicine is responsible for the issuance of licenses to practice osteopathic medicine as physicians and physicians assistants in the state of West Virginia. The Board also investigates all complaints against its licensees and takes disciplinary action when necessary to protect the citizens of West Virginia.

 

The Board office is located in downtown,
Charleston, West Virginia, at
405 Capitol Street, Suite 800.



Office hours are 9-4, Monday through Friday.
